*Muscle strength: refers to the force generated by the muscle against a certain resistance, generally refers to the maximum force that a muscle can produce during a contraction.
*Muscle endurance: refers to the time or the number of repetitions that a muscle can exert a certain muscle strength.

*Speed: refers to the speed of body movement, which is one of the basic conditions necessary for athletes.

*Agility: refers to the ability of the body to react instantly and move between different directions quickly. It is extremely important for sports that require emergency stop and dodge (such as basketball, football, etc.).

*Coordination: refers to the ability of the body to integrate the neuromuscular system to produce correct, harmonious and elegant activities. It is very important for athletics, gymnastics, basketball, volleyball and football.

To choose sports suitable for children, it can be planned according to the developmental stage of body movement and physical fitness content. Here are some suggestions:

·Swing on a swing (practice the control of the head, neck and back muscle strength by shaking in a sitting position; when shaking, it will also give the child a sense of balance stimulation).
·Single-plank bridge (promote coordination and sense of balance).
·Slap catching or throwing the ball (promote agility, coordination, etc.).
